RETURN POLICY

1. No Returns or Exchanges (Due to Hygiene Standards)

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or exchange items for a different style or size.
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully and share any specific requests or questions with us before making a purchase.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at juliette.wonderland.jw@gmail.com.
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and smoothly.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it.
  • Be unused and include all accessories (e.g., any tool kit items, if applicable).
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We cannot accept returns sent back without prior approval.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
