  • Orders requiring video photography for documentation, which may take additional time for design, filming, and editing.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Customers will be informed if additional time is needed for special requests.

  • We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted partners.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • The shipping fee displayed at checkout covers shipments weighing up to 1 kilogram to the selected destination country.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
  • For orders exceeding 1 kilogram, additional charges may be imposed by the shipping carrier.
  • Any additional shipping fees due to excess weight are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Juliette Wonderland.
  • Any additional charges applied after dispatch are beyond our control and must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping carrier or customs authorities.
  • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. All these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm any applicable taxes or charges. These fees differ by country and are not covered by Juliette Wonderland.
  1. Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Juliette Wonderland is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  1. Lost or Damaged Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, do not open the package before documenting the issue.
  • Take clear photos of the package and the damage in the presence of the delivery personnel, if possible.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the photos for assessment.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Opening a damaged package without proper documentation may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
  • All cases are reviewed individually, and Juliette Wonderland’s decision is final.
