International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

- Shipping Costs
- The shipping fee displayed at checkout covers shipments weighing up to 1 kilogram to the selected destination country.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
- For orders exceeding 1 kilogram, additional charges may be imposed by the shipping carrier.
- Any additional shipping fees due to excess weight are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Juliette Wonderland.
- Any additional charges applied after dispatch are beyond our control and must be paid directly by the customer to the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

- Address Accuracy

- Juliette Wonderland is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, do not open the package before documenting the issue.
- Take clear photos of the package and the damage in the presence of the delivery personnel, if possible.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the photos for assessment.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Opening a damaged package without proper documentation may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
- All cases are reviewed individually, and Juliette Wonderland’s decision is final.
